Jinha Chung

Jinha Chung BSc,
MBA, PMP, President

As the founder of MIAX, Jinha was looking to build a company that would have a uniqueness and personal touch where Clients would get involved and truly be excited about change.

Jinha has held senior corporate positions with Sprint Canada and Rogers Wireless. He is a project and process expert who has built and enhanced a number of Project Management Offices within the technology sector, defined formal project methodologies, trained and coached project managers. Jinha received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto and his Masters of Business Administration degree at York University (Schulich Business School). He is also PMP certified with the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.

Jinha is a Past Chair for TechConnex, one of the largest technology industry association in GTA. He also lectures Project Cost Management at Humber College in Brampton

Sophie Vinet

Sophie Vinet,
BA (Mathematics) Director, Professional Services

Sophie is a seasoned, bilingual senior program manager. She has successfully delivered key technology initiatives with large enterprises such as Rogers Communications and Sprint Canada. She is a project and process expert who has helped small to mid-sized customers with business process optimization resulting in increased revenue and reduction in operational costs. Sophie received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics for Commerce from York University, and her Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Paul Seaforth, BSc (Eng),
MBA, PMP, CECP Managing Director, Project & Process Management

Over the last 25 years, Paul has led and mentored several multi-discipline and cross-functional teams through delivery of US $500M worth of ICT technology solutions and projects across the Caribbean, North America, Europe and Asia. He is an insightful and trusted project leader with an aptitude for building, mentoring and motivating high performing technology professionals through uncertainty and complexity. Paul is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in General Management, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management
